Celebrate Holliston Festival Rules:

1. Participants will be allowed to set up between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.  Once booths are assigned, you will be given a specific window during which to set up. 

2. Participants must provide their own tables, chairs, decorations, and any shade tents.

3. There will be no sale of offensive items such as knives, guns or noisemakers. We reserve the right to enforce this rule by asking you to discontinue sales of any items which we feel fall into this category. 

4. Food sale permitting is the responsibililty of the participant. 

5. Participants must break down and clean up space between 3 p.m. and 4 p. m. We will not allow breaking down before 3:00, please plan accordingly.  We will not be accommodating early breakdown without prior discussion.

6. No refunds will be given after September 9, 2023

In consideration of the acceptance of the undersigned’s participation in the Celebrate Holliston Festival, I, for the organization, its successors and assigns and its membership do hereby release and discharge Celebrate Holliston Inc., the town of Holliston and any sponsors or individuals associated with the event from all claims of damages, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, in any manner arising out of the organization and its membership’s participation in said event. On behalf of the organization I will provide every participant with a copy of this release.

Celebrate Holliston is working closely with the Holliston Health Department to ensure the community is safe.  We reserve the right to cancel this event due to COVID spread.  In that case, all 2022 booth purchases will be applied to 2023 unless other arrangements are made.  Celebrate Holliston is not obligated to refund all booth fees.
